Optionally Enter Date of Birth, Phone, Time Zone and Update your Newsletter Preferences.
Enter a Password - It is case sensitive.
Re-Enter the Password again for verification.
Click REGISTER button.
Click CONTINUE in the next page.
Locate the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the Page.
On My Account page: You can see all your favorite options on the left menu as follows:
Customer Info - Here you can edit your personal information
Addresses - Here you can view, add, edit or delete your Address Book
Manage Machines - Here you can view, add, edit or delete your Embroidery Machines that you own.
Orders - Here you can view all your Order History
Clicking on Order allows you to view order details, shipping & tracking info, print receipt and download
Downloads - Here you can download all your purchased embroidery digital formats
Change Password - Update your password in this page
Product Reviews - Rate your purchase and share with your fellow embroiderers.
Change your password
You must be logged in before your can change your password.
Click on the My Account Tab at the top right corner of the page.
Click on Change Password link.
Enter your current password first.
Enter your new password twice for confirmation purposes.
Click the Change Password button.
Forgot your Password
Click on the Start here link at the top of the Page.
Select I am a Returning Customer option.
Click on the Forgot Your Password? text link above the login button.
Enter your email address associated with the account.
Re-enter email address and click Continue
If the email address that you entered, matches with the email address associated with our user accounts then you will receive an email from our system with all necessary information for changing your password.
Updating your Postal Address
After logging in, click on the My Account link on top right corner of the page. This will take you to your Account Page.
Locate the Address Information box and click on the View Address Book link.
On the Address book page, click the Edit link above the address you wish to edit (You may have more than one address on file) or the Delete button if you wish to delete it.
Click the Save button when finished and then the My Account button to view and verify your changes.
Viewing your Order History
To view a complete history of your GrandSlamDesigns.com orders, you must be logged in.
Click on the My Account link on top right corner of the page.
Click on Order History link in the personal information section of your account page.
A register containing your orders by date and order number will appear.
To view the details of an individual order, click on that order´s date.
A copy of the Order Receipt will appear with all of the details of that order.
Your WishList
What is a Wish List?
A Wish List is a place where you can keep track of gift items you would like to receive or just a place to store ideas for future reference. The items you select remain on your list until you delete them.
How do I create a Wish List?
To create a Wish List you must first create an GrandSlamDesigns.com account. If you already have an account, just login.
As you are searching and browsing the designs and products on GrandSlamDesigns.com, click the Wish List link beneath any product that you want to add to your Wish List for purchase at a later date.
Once logged in you can view your wish list by clicking on the Wish List button on the top right corner of the page. This will take you to wish list page which will display a pictures of the items you´ve added. You can add comments to each item by clicking on the Comments link. If you wish to purchase an item now, click on the Add To Cart button ant the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

Avoid having to enter your information every time you place an order.
Receive advanced notice of special offers, custom tailored to your needs.

Are there any dues or fees for opening an account? Absolutely Not. Having a GrandSlamDesigns account is free. There are no minimum purchase requirements and you are not obligated to place any orders. The account feature is there for your convenience so that you don´t have to enter your name, address, etc. every time you place an order. And, when you do place an order, we charge you only for the items you buy (including delivery and sales tax where applicable).
What do I do if I forget my Password? If you forget your password, do not try to set up a new account. Only one account is allowed per unique email address:
Locate the Start Here at the top of the Page.
Select I am a returning customer option.
Click on forgot your password link.
Enter your email address in the space provided.
Re-confirm your email address and hit continue button.
If your email address is associated with any of our existing user accounts then our system will send you email containing instruction to change your password.
You will now be directed to the Change Password page.
Now you can reset your password to something easy for you to remember.
