I had an issue which was my fault totally, but I asked for help and Grand Slams Designs was quick to help me work through my problem which was an immediate fix.  I am new to the embroidery game.  I love the design.  Cant wait to stich it out and proudly wear it!  Thanks for your great customer service!!!
